By enrolling in our courses, accessing our website, or entering into any engagement with Aviskar Computer Education, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Institutional Scope

Aviskar Computer Education is an ISO 9001:2015 certified institute providing computer and technical education, including online and offline training, certification, web and hardware services, and franchise operations, in accordance with the rules of Aviskar Welfare Foundation

3. Admission and Enrollment

a) Admission to any course is subject to eligibility criteria, availability of seats, and verification of documents.

b) Aviskar Computer Education reserves the right to reject or cancel any admission without prior notice if information provided is found false, incomplete, or misleading.

c) Course fees once paid are non-transferable and non-refundable, except under conditions specified in the Refund Policy.

4. Payment Terms

a) All payments must be made through approved channels (online/offline).

b) Aviskar Computer Education shall not be held liable for payments made to unauthorized persons or third parties.

c) Fees and charges are subject to change without prior notice, at the discretion of management.

5. Certification and Examination

a) Certificates and marksheets are issued only upon successful completion of all course requirements, examinations, and clearance of dues.

b) Any misuse, duplication, or alteration of certificates shall result in legal action under applicable laws.

c) Aviskar Computer Education certificates are issued under the authorization of Aviskar Welfare Foundation and are valid for the stated purpose of skill development and training.

6. Franchise Terms

a) Franchise opportunities are granted under a formal agreement between Aviskar Computer Education and the Franchisee.

b) Franchisees must adhere to branding, curriculum, and operational standards prescribed by Aviskar Computer Education.

c) Any violation of the franchise agreement may result in termination and legal proceedings.

7. Code of Conduct

All students, trainees, and franchise partners are required to:

1. Maintain discipline and respect within the institute premises or online platforms;
2. Refrain from plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of institutional materials;
3. Use Aviskar Computer Education’s digital platforms and branding strictly for authorized purposes.
4. Aviskar Computer Education reserves the right to suspend or expel any user for misconduct or violation of policies.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, study materials, logos, designs, and digital assets of Aviskar Computer Education are the intellectual property of Aviskar Welfare Foundation.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such materials is strictly prohibited and shall attract civil and criminal penalties under the Copyright Act, 1957.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aviskar Computer Education shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including data loss, employment outcomes, or business interruption, arising from use of its services, website, or materials.

The institute’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the extent of fees paid by the user.

10. Data Privacy and Protection

All personal information shared by users shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

11. Modification of Terms
